Western Bid provides the ability to withdraw funds to an individual’s PrivatBank account.
Funds are credited to the card within 1–2 business days after the request is processed. Before submitting the request, you must add withdrawal details in your Western Bid Personal Account.

Important information about free withdrawal
Free withdrawal is available once every 7 days for only one of the following methods:
- PrivatBank card;
- Monobank card;
- Sole proprietor account at PrivatBank;
- Sole proprietor account at Monobank.
If you have already used one of these methods for free withdrawal, other withdrawal requests within the next 7 days will incur a fee of USD 3.
PrivatBank tariffs
Depositing funds to PrivatBank hryvnia cards is free of charge.
Depositing funds to PrivatBank foreign-currency cards, including online foreign-currency cards, may incur a bank commission of 1%. The commission is charged to the recipient.
PrivatBank tariffs are not Western Bid commissions and may be applied by the bank during crediting or subsequent operations with funds.
PrivatBank limitations
At the moment, PrivatBank allows up to 20 transfers per month to cards and accounts of individuals.
The maximum amount of such transfers is up to 100 000 UAH per month.
If you need to withdraw a larger amount, you can use other available methods to withdraw funds or a sole proprietor account, if such a method is available to the client.
How to create a withdrawal request
- Log in to your Western Bid Personal Account.
- Add withdrawal details if they have not been added yet.
- In the left menu, open the ‘My Finances’ → ‘Withdraw Funds’.
- Click ‘Create Request’.
- Select the transactions to withdraw.
- In the payment method, select ‘PrivatBank Card’.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Submit the withdrawal request.
