Through Western Bid you can arrange shipping with UPS, FedEx, Nova Poshta International, Global Delivery, DPD, and also use the Consolidation Plus, Consolidation Direct and Consolidation Optimum services.
You can ship to the USA, Canada, European countries, the United Kingdom and other countries. The list of available shipping methods depends on the destination country.
Yes. Every parcel created in your Western Bid account by any shipping method receives a Western Bid tracking number — the WBX number. Tracking starts as soon as the parcel arrives at the Western Bid warehouse in Kyiv.
Yes. Insurance terms depend on the selected shipping method. With UPS, shipments valued up to $85 are insured automatically; above that the insurance is 1%. For FedEx and DPD the insurance is 1% of the value. Nova Poshta Global includes insurance automatically, and Nova Poshta International insures the shipment for the declared value against damage and loss. For consolidations, insurance terms depend on the selected shipping service.
The maximum weight depends on the carrier and the selected service. Different shipping methods have different limits for actual and volumetric weight. The options available for a specific parcel can be checked in the shipping calculator.
