Please read the information before shipping and follow all instructions:
1. Specify the correct weight and dimensions. If the weight or dimensions are undervalued, the parcels will be detained at the consolidation center in Kyiv, where they will wait for the documents to be reissued. Measurements must be taken on the packaging at the most protruding points.
2. Properly package the shipment, seal the corners, and securely attach the label.
Note: to ensure your packages are scanned faster and do not require manual handling by postal staff (and thus reach your customers faster and do not incur additional charges for handling), please follow the simple postal service packaging requirements:
- Do not wrap consolidation shipments with film, stretch film, or kraft paper (the item inside the parcel may be wrapped with protective film only).
- Do not tape the parcel completely.
- Replace cylindrical tubes with square or triangular packaging.
- Parcels must have a proper geometric shape.
The postal service rules allow:
- to send a courier package and seal it with tape in several places (but not entirely!);
- to wrap the parcel with tape in only a few places so that the parcel keeps its shape;
- to wrap the goods inside a cardboard box with film or packaging;
- to place cardboard boxes into a courier bag;
- the courier bag is permitted for parcels up to 2 kg actual or volumetric weight.
3. It is necessary to print the label and affix it to the parcel. The tracking number will be available in your Personal Cabinet immediately after arranging the delivery. You can print the label at any time in your Western Bid account after arranging the delivery.
If you cannot print the necessary labels, you can write on the parcel the tracking number, first name and last name of the recipient, we will print everything needed ourselves (if you are sending up to 3 parcels).
4. The declared value of the goods in a single shipment for this shipping method must not exceed $800. The duty-free threshold in the USA was removed as of August 29, 2025. All shipments are taxed — the base duty rate is 10% for Ukraine and 15% for EU countries (Poland, Czechia), with possible additional charges by product code. Details in the article.
5. If you are sending multiple parcels, be sure to include their list.
6. We warn that when shipping you must provide only truthful and complete information about the cargo to avoid delays in processing. In case of incorrect declaration of the contents, your parcel will be detained at customs, and you will bear full responsibility for violations of customs law. All shipments are scanned. In case of loss of the parcel, insurance payouts are made according to the declared value of the contents.
7. If you created the shipment by mistake, or entered the shipment information incorrectly, please do not send the parcel. You can cancel the shipment yourself before the parcel is received at the warehouse. Details on how to do this are here.

Packed parcels with labels affixed for Optimum consolidation should be delivered to the Western Bid consolidation center in Kyiv.

Waybills are valid for 20 days from the moment of creation. If you have not sent the parcel within this period, you need to cancel it and create a new shipment. Otherwise the parcel will not be accepted by the postal services.

Maximum size and weight of the parcel
Package dimensions can reach 150 cm x 120 cm x 100 cm (in case of shipment to the Western Bid Fulfillment Center, to create a shipment you need to submit a request from your personal account via the support service).
When shipping to the USA, the longest side must not exceed 120 cm, and the length (the longest side) + Girth (2 widths + 2 heights) must not exceed 328 cm. The maximum weight, volumetric or actual, whichever is greater – 68 kg.
Note! Parcels must have a correct geometric shape. Measurements should be taken on the packaging and at the most protruding points. If the size is specified incorrectly, the US postal service will not accept parcels with incorrect dimensions, will hold them, and they will then need to be traced.
A strong request: do not wrap parcels for consolidation with plastic wrap (we recommend wrapping only the item inside the parcel with protective film). The wrap makes barcode scanning more difficult, which significantly complicates the processing of parcels and increases delivery times.

Optimum, UPS, FedEx, Nova Post (>5kg), NPG (>5kg)
The billable weight is the greater of the actual or dimensional weight. When creating a package, the billable weight is calculated automatically.
Note: Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5000 = dimensional weight (kg)
Delivery times
The consolidation center is currently located in Kyiv. From Kyiv, the parcel will depart for Europe, and from there it will fly directly to Miami by UPS. And then on to your customers. The planned delivery time is 5-7 days to Miami, and a few more days to the customer.

The value of the contents in each parcel sent to a single recipient’s address must not exceed $800.

Air freight of palletized cargo from Ukraine to the United States
With the help of Optimum consolidation, you can arrange pallet delivery from Ukraine to the USA.
Delivery is carried out from our warehouse in Kyiv to our warehouse in Miami. We do not transport palletized freight within the USA. But if you wish to arrange pallet delivery within the USA you can send it to our Miami warehouse, and then arrange delivery here or here. Your buyer can also pick up the cargo from our center in Miami themselves. You only need to inform us who and when will come to pick up the cargo.
Maximum dimensions available for pallet delivery are 145 cm x 120 cm x 100 cm. You can process up to 10 pallets per week.
Attention! If your pallet or package is higher than 145 cm, we will not be able to accept it for shipment.
Maximum declared value for shipping a single pallet is $800 USD. Shipping of more expensive cargo is arranged via a request submitted in the Personal Account section: Support → Forwarding → Pallet shipment request. Please describe in detail the cargo composition and its value, and we will send you a delivery price that includes duties and taxes (dependent on the cargo).
Delivery price can be calculated only on the calculator in your personal account, by checking the box next to “Calculate shipping cost to Fulfillment Center Western Bid”. The calculator on our site does not currently provide this option.
The delivery time to our Miami center is approximately 7 business days from the moment the pallet is received at our Kyiv center.
How to properly arrange palletized cargo delivery.
If you have scheduled a pallet pickup from our warehouse in Miami for further delivery across the USA, please contact us through the “Support Service” menu in your account dashboard, selecting the topic “Fulfillment Center,” and inform us: the type of your product, the pickup date, the company name, and provide any necessary additional documents for the transfer of the pallet.
Since the pallet shipment is sent to our warehouse in Miami, to create a pallet shipment you need to use the ‘Fulfillment Center’ menu item in your Western Bid account. Regardless of whether the cargo is destined for our fulfillment center or is transported further.
To begin, you need to add the product you want to ship. Before creating the shipment, please review the list of prohibited goods for shipping.
After you have added the item for shipment, you need to create a batch of the product. To do this, go to the menu item “Send to warehouse” – “Create product batch”. Where the previously added item will be displayed. Specify the quantity of this product that you plan to ship and click “Create batch”.
After successfully creating the product batch, you need to go to the menu item “Send batches to the warehouse”, select the required product batch, choose the shipping method “Optimum Consolidation”, and click “Send batches to FC”.
In the next step, you specify the dimensions of your package and pay for the shipment.
If you do not have enough funds on your balance to pay, you can top up your balance using PayPal, Payoneer or a bank card via Stripe.
After payment, you need to print and attach to the shipment a label from the Documents section, and deliver the shipment to our Kyiv center.
