I regret that I do need to cancel your order and refund you in full. I have recently implemented a policy for my Shop where I don't sell to Etsy users who show a pattern of leaving bad reviews for other Etsy Shops. You tend to leave negative reviews frequently, which make me assume that you aren't reaching out to your Sellers for help if there is a problem. You even left one review that is very positive sounding, but still gave low stars.
Etsy Sellers love to help solve problems! I hook people UP if something goes wrong. But, I simply can't take the risk of getting a negative review from you. You may not know just how much 1 and 2-star reviews affect Etsy Sellers and Shops, but they can have a huge, devastating impact. I hope you'll understand. It is something that more and more Sellers are resorting to when they find patterns of negative reviews.
