The cooperation with Western Bid started with a recommendation from Oleksandr Radich. Before that, Ivan worked with other intermediaries. However, there was a small issue — ZKPortraitsWorkshop sells digital products to clients, which means there are no tracking numbers. That is, the paintings do not exist on physical carriers like canvases, but only in JPEG or PDF formats ready for printing. Customers receive the files via email and can print them wherever and whenever they wish.

The issue was resolved by the CEO of Western Bid, Mykhailo Birman. He personally called at that time and informed that an exception for Ivan’s account was possible.
