How to arrange a delivery?
Register on the website
After registration, you gain access to your Customer Personal Cabinet, where you can easily manage your products, batches, funds, transactions, and shipments, as well as arrange delivery and withdraw funds.
List your items for sale
We offer your buyers the option to pay for products through PayPal on Etsy, Shopify, their own websites, or any other platform, including social media using Lavky. Shipping services are available to customers selling products through Western Bid. If you wish to use only our shipping and fulfillment services in the USA, you can join West Parcel, where you can top up your account for shipping payments.
Arranging Delivery
After selling the item, choose the shipping method that suits you best. You can calculate shipping prices using our convenient shipping calculator. Create a shipment and, following the simple instructions, print and attach the label and the necessary documents, if any, specified in the memo.
Package and send the parcel.
Your sold items should be securely packaged according to carrier requirements to ensure the contents remain undamaged during delivery. Then, you can either personally bring the parcel to the nearest regional office or send it via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta to our Consolidation Center in Kyiv.
