“Fast Withdrawal” is an automatic free service from Western Bid, which allows you to withdraw money from your account in the system to a PrivatBank card approximately 10 minutes after creating a request in the Personal Cabinet.
To use the service, you need to add and verify a PrivatBank card once, and then only select transactions for withdrawal and send a request for “Fast Withdrawal” in a few clicks.
What is fast output?
Clients of Western Bid can withdraw funds to a PrivatBank card on any day by using the automatic Fast Withdrawal service. The service is free.
Withdrawal to the card takes place within 10 minutes from the moment of the request.
What limitations does fast output have?
The “Fast Withdrawal” service has a number of restrictions:
- Money can be withdrawn only by those clients whose preceding request was created and processed by any of the standard methods within the last 30 days. In other words, the “Fast Withdrawal” must be alternated with standard withdrawals.
- Newbie accounts after 60 days undergo additional verification to prevent fraud. In case of suspicious activity in the account, the “Fast Withdrawal” service may be denied.
- “Fast Withdrawal” is not available to clients who have open complaints from buyers.
- Money can be withdrawn only once per day, no more than once every 24 hours.
- The single withdrawal amount cannot exceed $ 300 USD.
- New cards for Fast Withdrawal can be added at any time, but the cards will be verified within 2 business days from the moment of their addition.
- For withdrawal you can select transactions not exceeding $ 300.00 USD. The sum of transactions selected for withdrawal must also not exceed $ 300 USD. Splitting transactions into smaller amounts is not allowed.
- Fast Withdrawal operates only in the US servicing system, but withdrawals can be made to both a dollar-denominated card and a hryvnia card.
- Fast Withdrawal is not performed on cards or accounts of legal entities (private entrepreneurs, etc.).
- Funds can be withdrawn only to PrivatBank cards.
- The name on the card must match the name specified in the Western Bid user account and correspond to documents previously submitted.
- The Fast Withdrawal service can be used only when selecting transactions for which shipments were sent.
In case of requests regarding undelivered shipments, the administration reserves the right to disable this feature. - If you have not worked with us – have not had sales and have not withdrawn money for more than 2 months – in this case withdrawal details will be confirmed within 60 days from the receipt of a new payment and 2 regular withdrawals.
How to use quick withdrawal?
In the left menu in the Personal account, click on “My finances/Withdrawal of funds”, then on “Quick withdrawal”. If you don’t have verified cards, or you want to add a new PrivatBank card for the Quick withdrawal service, click the button “Open the page to manage details”.
If you don’t have any verified cards, click on “Add new payment details.” If you have cards, select the card you want to withdraw to.
In the window that opens, enter the card information. The cardholder’s full name must be provided in Latin (English) letters. You may leave a comment for the manager to read when confirming the card details. Then click the “Add” button.
If you have entered everything correctly, a message will appear confirming that adding your details to the Western Bid system was successful. Click the “Close” button.
The status of the new card will be “Requisites under review”. Cards will be verified within two working days (usually faster).
By clicking on Quick Withdrawal, if you already have a verified card, you will be able to immediately proceed to selecting transactions for withdrawal. To do this, click the “Select transactions” button.
Choose the required transactions and click the “Close” button.
After you have selected the withdrawal transactions, click the “Submit” button. You will be taken to the page listing your withdrawal requests. The status of the new request will be “Request is being processed”.
Approximately 10 minutes later, refresh the page. The status should change to “Request processed”, and the funds will be credited to your PrivatBank card.

How to perform a ‘Quick withdrawal’ to a PrivatBank card
Goal: select the transactions, submit a ‘Quick withdrawal’ request, and receive the money on the card in about 10 minutes.
- Go to ‘Quick withdrawal’
In the left menu, go to ‘My finances’ → ‘Withdraw funds’ → ‘Quick withdrawal’. If you already have a verified PrivatBank card, the system will display a list of available withdrawal transactions.
- Select the withdrawal transactions
Tick the transactions for which you want to withdraw to your PrivatBank card via ‘Quick withdrawal’.
- Confirm the ‘Quick withdrawal’ request
Check the total amount and the card details, after which click the button to create the request. The request will receive the status ‘Request in progress’.
- Wait for the status ‘Request processed’
After the request is processed, the status will change to ‘Request processed’; approximately 10 minutes after creating the request the money will already be on your PrivatBank card.
