Returns to the Western Bid warehouse in the USA are processed within 3 business days from the time of delivery, the first 30 days of storage are free, after which paid storage rates apply depending on the weight of the shipment.

Processing of returns takes up to 3 business days.
The storage period for a parcel at the returns warehouse is one calendar year from the date of receipt of the parcel. The first 30 days of storage are free; after the end of the free storage period the parcel, by default, continues to be stored at the returns warehouse on a paid basis. After the term ends within the calendar year and in the absence of your forwarding requests, the parcel will be disposed of. Disposal is also possible upon request.

over 4,54 kg – $5.00
Commission for dispatch from the returns warehouse:
up to 0.5 kg – $2.00;
from 0.501 kg to 1.000 kg – $2.50;
from 1.001 kg to 2.000 kg – $3.00;
from 2.001 kg to 4.500 kg – $4.00;
from 4.501 kg to 6.000 kg – $5.00;
from 6.001 kg to 10.000 kg – $6.00;
over 10.000 kg – $7.00
In case of combined shipment (several parcels in one) – for each additional parcel + $0.25. For example: you need to ship in one parcel 3 items (each 400 g). In this case the fee will be $3.50. $3.0 – warehouse dispatch fee (the total weight of the three items is 1.2 kg), $0.50 – fee for the two added parcels.

You can initiate a return yourself, by creating a return label.
Since September 2020, returns to Ukraine are sent only via NPShopping (Nova Poshta). If the parcel was sold and shipped not by Western Bid – then in this case the processing of the return will cost $ 3 per parcel.
Payment for returning the parcel is made twice: once for the label from the Miami warehouse (or from the buyer) to NP Shopping, and second for the delivery from NP Shopping to the customer’s address (paid upon receipt). The price of the return label in most cases will be equal to the export value, but there may be exceptions, since each return will be arranged individually.
The value that the client indicates when processing a return in NP Shopping may be reviewed by Ukrainian customs. In this case, you will need to provide a document confirming the declared value or pay the tax according to Ukrainian customs rules. Also note that if the estimated value of the goods exceeds the customs threshold (currently for Ukraine this is 150 euros), duties and charges must be paid on arrival.
