Using the Prep Center’s services provides the ability to purchase goods from wholesale bases. You can place orders on both U.S. sites and other overseas platforms, provided that the site supports payment with American cards and offers delivery to the United States. After receiving the payment request for the goods, the final decision regarding the possibility of payment on foreign sites is made by our staff.
How to create a buyback request
You need to go to the wholesale base website, assemble a shopping cart of products, and send us the link to it (must be provided together with the login and password you used to register on the base site).
The data must be sent in your Western Bid client account: the “Orders” section – “Place a new order”. Please specify in the product description that this product is for the Prep Center, leave the sender’s name blank, and in the comments provide access to the site where the order is being placed.
Our company’s staff will perform the final calculation of the amount, pay for the order, and indicate the delivery address as the address of our Prep Center in Miami. The cost of one order (color and size variations may apply) $5.
Storage, management, and dispatch of goods from the warehouse
Important: only goods paid for by our staff are accepted at the Prep Centre.
When shipping to our warehouse, in your account you need to select “Manual batch shipment to the warehouse”. Here you should specify the order number from your account and the shipment number from the site where the goods were purchased. If the item needs to be sent to FBA, in your request to ship the item to the customer you should create a ticket, attaching the necessary labels to this ticket.
If you are placing an order with the Prep Centre, and the parcel arrives without batch-marking, then upon receipt our staff will perform additional work to label the goods. Therefore a charge for their work will be $35 per hour (minimum half an hour).

30 days after receipt of the batch, the subscription fee is charged. The charge is for the number of units remaining after 30 days (and every 30 days thereafter):

The quantity of product units is recalculated at the moment of charging for storage, every 30 days. For example, a batch received 50 units of product on January 1, 30 days have passed, by January 31 this batch had 20 units remaining, the rest were sold and shipped to customers. And here the subscription fee is charged for 20 units. If 30 units of product arrived and all of them were sold within 30 days, storage will be free.

Prices are quoted per parcel excluding boxes and shipping costs (volumetric or actual weight – the calculation is based on the greater value).

Product returns
In online trading there is a certain percentage of returns for various reasons. It is necessary to take this moment into account in your work. If, for example, a complaint is filed about a product, the product did not fit or for another reason the buyer requests a refund, funds are debited from the seller’s account. The procedure takes place within the framework of the refunds process.
Product returns are accepted at our warehouse address in the USA. Storing the product for 30 days is free. More about handling returns here.
Gift packaging
If desired, we offer additional services that a customer may request. One such service is free gift wrapping – a polyethylene bag with a themed design.
This can also be a letter with a thank-you message to the customer. You provide the text for the message yourself. We can print such text for free or the phrase “Thank you for your purchase!”.
If desired, you can have a greeting card made, priced at $1 per piece. It can also feature either the text you provide or the phrases “Thank you!” or “Thank you for your purchase!”.

We handle the financial side of the transaction. However, having a US warehouse address (our warehouse) often automatically makes the price for you lower than the price for international buyers.

We don’t set any limits, but it’s worth aligning with the suppliers’ own requirements (MOQ), which usually start from $500-$1000 for wholesale orders.
