On February 17 in Kyiv, the fourth meeting of the goods e-commerce community — Etsy Shopify Networking Hub. The event gathered over 300 entrepreneurs who already sell abroad or are just planning this step.

This was the first event in 2026 within the project ‘Exporter Space’ by Nova Poshta. It brought together entrepreneurs, experts, and service companies in one space.

Watch how it unfolded in the event video:

What was this meeting about?

The Etsy Shopify Networking Hub traditionally brings together those who work with physical goods and are looking toward export. But this time the event was even larger — both in the number of participants and the level of discussions.‍

Focus — on practice:

  • where to find growth opportunities in 2026
  • how to scale sales on Etsy and Shopify
  • how to build partnerships and enter the US and European markets‍

During the day, participants not only listened to the presentations, but also actively exchanged experiences, asked questions and found new contacts.

Speakers and expertise that you won't find online.

On stage are entrepreneurs and practitioners who have already gone through the path of scaling and are ready to talk about it openly.‍

Among the speakers:

  • Ігор Фостенко (Enjoy The Wood) — about transforming an Etsy business into an international brand
  • Денис Шкрібляк (Synapora та екс-співвласник Woodandhearts та Busywood) — about scaling in 60+ countries and real growth challenges
  • Сергій Ткаченко (Sharky Forged Steel Tools) — about systematic development on Etsy and Shopify
  • Андрій Стичинський та Олег Томіленко (BSIGN Store) — about building a systematic business on Shopify

The CEO and CTO of Western Bid — Mykhailo Birman and Karina Birman — and the CEO of Nova Poshta in Ukraine, Yevhen Tafiychuk, also spoke.

These were candid conversations with concrete case studies: numbers, processes, mistakes, and solutions.

‍Participants could see themselves in these examples and understand what exactly needs to be changed in their own business.

‍Equally important were the open Q&A sessions — when questions about payments, logistics, or taxes could be asked directly to those who work with it daily.‍

“It’s great that there was an opportunity to speak separately with representatives across different areas – legal questions, delivery, and receiving payments for goods. There was also a lot of interesting content on stage, great case studies,”— noted Serhiy, a participant of Etsy Shopify Networking Hub.

Networking worth coming back for

Despite a packed schedule, many participants note something else — the atmosphere.‍

Real connections, honest conversations, exchanging experiences among entrepreneurs who are at different stages of development — from first sales to scaling across dozens of countries.‍

Etsy Shopify Networking Hub — it’s not about ‘listening’, but about people who will help you move forward when you yourself have hit the ceiling.‍

“It’s great that there were blocks where we could talk with entrepreneurs and share experiences. This is truly the most valuable,”– said Kateryna, a participant at the event.

Separate VIP format

For VIP-format participants, the event continued into the second day. The entrepreneurs visited the Kyiv Innovation Terminal of Nova Poshta and were able to see the logistics from the inside,  gaining a deeper understanding of the processes that directly affect the development of the export business.

‍After the excursion, the participants continued their work in mastermind format with Dmytro Mashtalir, co-owner of the marketing agency Cil.

More than just an e-commerce conference

The Etsy Shopify Networking Hub is gathering entrepreneurs around exporting for the fourth time — and every time confirms that this format is needed.

It’s not just about knowledge or contacts. It’s about the feeling that you’re not alone in your challenges, and there are people nearby who are on a similar path.

It’s from this that often new solutions, partnerships, and the next steps in business growth begin.

“One idea you might hear can completely transform your business and give you tenfold growth. That’s why I usually attend similar events and recommend to everyone who wants to grow and develop,”– emphasized Ihor Fostenko, co-founder of the Enjoy The Wood brand.
