Important: Western Bid tracks delivery issues for parcels sent via UPS Express and Plus and Direct Consolidations, and will open a separate case for each problematic shipment in your Personal Cabinet.
Company managers monitor the status of shipments on the UPS website, inform sellers about delays and other issues, and help resolve claims so the seller is not left to deal with logistical questions on their own.
If there are problems with the shipment in transit
Since August 1, 2019, Western Bid, a trading agency, has introduced a service for tracking delivery problems of our clients’ parcels sent via UPS Express or Plus and Direct Consolidation. Western Bid monitors all of its clients’ shipments through the UPS website. In the Personal Account, for each arising problem or claim a case is opened, within which our managers inform our client-sellers about the delivery situations that have occurred. Thus, our clients are not left alone with possible delivery problems, but receive qualified assistance from our specialists. This service is completely free. You can view the claims by clicking the “UPS Monitoring” item in the Western Bid Personal Account. To open a case at your initiative, please write to us in the Western Bid Personal Account in the “Support” section of the menu.
Please note: timely detection of delivery problems (delay, incorrect address, return of shipment) allows us to respond more quickly, notify the customer, and avoid complaints and loss of money. That is why Western Bid has launched free monitoring of UPS shipments.
