For Western Bid customers, there is an option to automatically add the tracking number of a package prepared in the personal account to the corresponding order in the Etsy shop. With this synchronization, if you create a shipment in the Western Bid personal account, the order in your Etsy shop for which you created the shipment will automatically be marked as fulfilled and the tracking number of the created shipment will be added to it.
To automatically add the tracking number to your Etsy shop, you first need to authorize your shop in your Western Bid account. Etsy authorization will allow you to automatically upload the data for your orders into the system and quickly and conveniently process shipments in just a few clicks.
If you have already authorized your Etsy shop in the Western Bid system, the automatic tracking number synchronization feature is already available to you.
Western Bid clients can automatically pass tracking numbers from shipments created in their personal account into the corresponding Etsy orders — the order automatically transitions to the status Completed / “Completed”, and the buyer sees the tracking in their account.
How to enable tracking number synchronization
1. In your personal account, click the user icon in the top-right corner and select “Etsy authorization”

If you choose this mode, the system will wait for the specified date to arrive and only after that will automatically transmit the tracking number to Etsy. In this case the tracking number will not appear in Etsy immediately after creating the shipment, but will be transmitted exactly on the day of the order’s expected ship date.
3. Click on the “Reauthorize” button and authorize the connection with Etsy
Welcome, tracking numbers from created shipments will now be automatically added to the corresponding order in Etsy.
Note! If you copied an order imported from Etsy into the Western Bid system and created a shipment for it, the tracking number will not be automatically transmitted to Etsy.
Also, for automatic synchronization of tracking numbers, the “Automatic order uploading” option does not need to be enabled.
