If you cannot print the barcodes/documents for shipments via Western Bid yourself, you can use the service of printing labels at the Western Bid warehouse: simply write on the parcel your customer number, the tracking number, the recipient’s first name and last name, and Western Bid will print and affix all the necessary labels at the warehouse.

About the label printing service

Western Bid provides customers with a document printing service for shipments (up to 3 shipments per day). If you do not have a printer and cannot print the documents, you can manually indicate on the parcel:

  • Your Western Bid client number,
  • internal shipment number (for consolidated shipments) or tracking number (for express shipments),
  • recipient’s surname,
  • recipient’s postal code.

Employees of the consolidation center will print the labels, however in this case the processing time for your parcel may increase by 1-2 business days. We also note that this free service is provided to sellers who ship no more than 3 shipments per day. If the number of your shipments per day exceeds 3, we recommend printing the labels and documents yourself.

‍The presence of all listed information will prevent the likelihood of errors. This is necessary for additional verification of documents when affixing the label. If the data is not provided, or not all of it is provided, unfortunately, we will have to refuse to affix the label.‍

Please note that parcels without labels that require printing are processed after the shipments to which they belong.

Who can benefit from the barcode printing service

  • Sellers who are unable to print shipping labels (no printer, no access to PDF files, etc.).
  • Customers who ship only a few parcels per day and want to hand over the packaging without pre-printed barcodes.
  • Users who use Western Bid consolidations (Plus/Direct) and other services where a barcode needs to be affixed, but for some reason cannot do it themselves.

What is the “to a different barcode” service

  • Western Bid/WestParcel offers a service to print documents and barcodes for clients’ shipments (limited to a certain number of parcels per day).
  • If you cannot print the label from My Account, it is enough to write the tracking number, the first name, and the last name of the recipient on the parcel; at the warehouse, the required barcodes will be printed and affixed.
  • This is especially convenient for shipments in Plus/Direct consolidation, where a label with a barcode is usually required before dispatch to the warehouse.

How to use the barcode printing service on your behalf

Goal: to correctly prepare shipments so that Western Bid can print and affix labels at the warehouse.

  1. Submit the delivery in your Personal Account

Create a shipment in the Western Bid/WestParcel Personal Account to obtain a tracking number and barcode for each parcel. At this stage you do not need to print the label.

  2. Prepare the box for dispatch

Pack the item in a box and clearly write on it: the tracking number, the recipient’s first and last name (as per the order details), if needed — other identifiers required by the instructions on the service page.

  3. Deliver the parcels to the Western Bid office/warehouse

Deliver the prepared boxes to the nearest Western Bid office or send them to the warehouse address provided, following the instructions on the site.

  4. Wait for barcode printing at the warehouse

At the warehouse, Western Bid/WestParcel staff will print and affix all necessary labels and barcodes using the provided tracking number and recipient details (subject to the daily parcel limit).

Frequently Asked Questions about the Barcode Printing Service

What should I do if I can't print the barcode for the shipment?

If you are unable to print a label, you can use the barcode printing service: simply write the tracking number, the recipient’s first name and last name on the box, and Western Bid will print and attach the label at the warehouse.

The service for printing documents/barcodes is limited to the number of parcels per day (usually up to three shipments), so for large volumes it is recommended to print labels yourself from your Personal Account.

The shipment must include the tracking number and the recipient’s first and last name. Without this information, warehouse staff will not be able to correctly match the box to the placed order.

Yes. First, delivery is arranged in the Personal account — there a tracking number/barcode is generated. Later, if you cannot print the label, you write these details on the parcel and hand it over to the warehouse, where the label will be printed for you.
