That is, if you sent from Miami a box with feathers measuring 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm and weighing 10 g, you pay for 10 g, and not for the dimensional weight of the box at 5.4 kg.
Pricing for UPS MI shipments with a volume over 1 ft3 is based on dimensional weight, using the formula: Length × Width × Height / 6000.

DHL eCommerce Automatic Insurance: What You Need to Know
When using DHL eCommerce, your shipment valued at up to $100 automatically insured by DHL eCommerce.
How compensation is calculated
If the claim is approved, DHL pays the smaller of the two amounts:
- $0,50 per pound (by weight)
- or the actual declared value of the contents of the shipment
Maximum compensation — $100 per shipment.
Main conditions for filing claims
- Claims for lost shipments can be filed within 21 days after shipment, but no later than 90 days.
- Damage can be reported immediately if it occurred inside a DHL eCommerce sorting centre.
- Claims are accepted only from the sender, not the recipient.
- A valid tracking number is required.
- Western Bid will file the claim themselves in case of loss or damage to the parcel. You simply need to inform us about it

No. These labels are intended solely for shipments within the United States (for example, from a warehouse in Miami or from one state to another).

Yes, you can request a refund (void label) if the label has not yet been scanned by the postal service. Refunds usually take 2 to 14 days.
How to automatically send the tracking number to Etsy?
If your store is synchronised with Western Bid, after the label is created, the tracking number will automatically appear in the order on the marketplace, and the order will change its status to “Dispatched”.
