How to start using fulfillment in Poland?
Register
Fill out a short form and confirm your registration using the link sent to your email. The link is valid for 1 hour.
Add goods and create a batch
In the “Fulfillment Center” section of your personal account, add goods and create a batch according to the instructions.
Label your goods
Print the barcodes generated automatically in your personal account and attach a barcode to each unit of goods.
Send the batch to the warehouse in Poland
Goods must arrive at the fulfillment center already cleared through customs. The batch can be sent by a delivery service, brought in person or handed over by an authorized person.
We receive the goods at the warehouse
Once the batch arrives, fulfillment center staff receive the goods and prepare them for storage.
Create a shipment request

How to calculate the cost of fulfillment in Poland
To accurately estimate fulfillment expenses, it is enough to consider three main components:
1 – Shipping a batch to our warehouse in Poland
You can send goods from your country directly to our fulfillment center. To optimize shipping costs, pay attention to a few details:
- The size of the box or pallet affects the cost. Choose the optimal packaging format to avoid extra charges caused by volumetric weight.
- Sending goods as one batch can be more cost-effective than shipping each order internationally to the end customer.
- Use the Western Bid online calculator. In your personal account, select «Calculate delivery cost to the Western Bid fulfillment center» to estimate the cost of transportation.
2 – Cost of storing products
The first 30 days of storage are free.
After that, the storage cost is calculated per unit of goods depending on its weight.

3 – Delivery from the Fulfillment Center to the customer
Once the goods arrive at the Western Bid warehouse, we pick, pack and ship orders to customers across Europe, to the USA and other countries.
If an item requires custom packaging, the necessary packing materials can be purchased at the fulfillment center.

Tariffs for storing goods in a warehouse in Poland (2026)
The first 30 days of storage are free.
After that, storage is charged for each following 30 days depending on the weight and number of units remaining at the warehouse.
For example: if a batch had 50 units and 20 remain by the next billing period, storage is charged only for those 20 units.

Long-term storage
From 1 September 2026, goods stored at the warehouse for more than 180 days are subject to increasing coefficients applied to the base storage cost:
up to 180 days inclusive — ×1; 181–365 days — ×2; 366–549 days — ×4; 550–731 days — ×6; 732–915 days — ×8; 916–1095 days — ×12; from 1096 days — ×15.
The storage period and the applicable coefficient are calculated separately for each batch from the date it actually arrives at the warehouse.
Storage is charged for the next 30 days at the coefficient in effect on the billing date. If the goods move to the next tariff level during an already paid period, the cost is not recalculated — the new coefficient applies at the next billing.
30 days before moving to the next tariff level, the client receives an automatic notification.
Order handling cost
The handling cost is charged when the parcel is created and includes up to 2 units of goods in one order. Each additional unit — $0.25.
The price is per parcel and does not include packing materials or delivery. The greater value — actual or volumetric weight — is used for the calculation.

International delivery from the fulfillment center in Poland
DPD, FedEx Regional Economy, UPS and UPS Ground are available for shipping orders from the warehouse in Poland. DPD is used for delivery within the EU.
