Now I will explain what it means. It is a listing on which you may earn very little, or perhaps not at all, or even lose money. But its goal is to generate a large volume of sales to become a bestseller. It gives you sales, reviews, stars \u2014 in other words, it becomes a &#8220;locomotive&#8221; that pulls the entire store, earning respect and trust.<\/p><p>\u200dMost customers do not look in detail at which specific products you have sold. They see the total number of reviews and stars, and that is enough to form an impression of your store. A Loss Leader should attract attention, even if it does not generate profit.<\/p><p>\u200dFor example, a toy store: it has 14,000 sales, and most of them are from the same Loss Leader priced at $4.64. At the same time, there are other, more expensive products \u2014 but thanks to this listing, they also start selling. Or another example \u2014 chickens for $17. This product became a bestseller, even though the rest of the toys in the store cost between $28 and $50. Without it, becoming a bestseller is almost impossible. What is a value proposition? It&#8217;s the combination of the value of your product, photos, and price.<\/p><p>\u200dExample:<\/p><ul role=\"list\"><li>one soap costs $28<\/li><li>another soap is similar but costs $8<\/li><li>and the third option is a set of soap and lotion in a gift box for $14.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u200dWhich offer seems more advantageous? Clearly, the third. That is exactly what a &#8220;high-value proposition&#8221; is \u2014 when the product appears most attractive to the buyer. Sometimes sellers show several variations of the product in the first photo \u2014 and that&#8217;s okay. Customers are used to this, and such photos perform better.
