According to the carrier, in some countries delivery is carried out through a partner network with UPS. In such cases, customs clearance is performed by the partner, and the transfer of IOSS numbers is not technically supported. Therefore, please note that claims relating to double taxation will not be considered. We recommend informing the buyer about the restrictions for duty-free import into their country; such information significantly reduces the likelihood that the buyer will refuse to pay the customs duties of their country and have the package returned.<\/p>

For goods from $0 to $800 in the USA, a 10% duty is charged for Ukraine and 15% for the EU, plus possible charges for the tariff code (TN ZED \/ HS). For example, for specialized knives and axes, a conclusion that these items are not cold weapons is required, and it is necessary to obtain authorization from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. From experience – in the NP (EU) countries where NP is present, they most often call the recipient. Where delivery by partners (USA) \u2013 rarely, the call to the recipient is not guaranteed. Add the buyer’s phone number by clicking on the button \u201cEdit\u201d before you select the item for shipment. Also note that the recipient must be an individual, otherwise the parcel will not be shipped. If the recipient has indicated their legal entity, for example, the store name, contact them before shipment and confirm their first and last name. Then, by clicking the button \u201cEdit\u201d , enter their first and last name in the field \u201cFirst name and Last name\u201d when processing the shipment.<\/p>

    The declared value of each packaged item must not exceed 799.99 USD. Note! For Nova Poshta pickup and drop-off points, there are limits on the value of the contents up to 15,000 UAH, at the NBU exchange rate.<\/p>
