\u200dIf you have created a return label for the Western Bid Miami warehouse, then after delivery the parcel will appear in your personal account in the “My Shipments” section – “Returns Warehouse” – “My Parcels”. In case the buyer has independently sent the parcel to our warehouse address, such parcels are placed in the “Returns Warehouse” – “Unaddressed Parcels” section.<\/p>

If a parcel is not identified, it will appear in the menu section “My Shipments\/Returns Warehouse\/Unaddressed Parcels”. By entering the tracking number, you will be able to find your parcel.<\/p>

If among the parcels in the “Unaddressed Parcels” section there is yours, you need to click the “Request” button and fill in all the necessary fields to confirm that it belongs to you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Important<\/strong>: the storage period for parcels in the “Parcels without addressee” section is limited. If within 3 months from the moment the parcel arrives at the warehouse no client submits a request for its identification and transfer to their Personal Account, the parcel is considered unclaimed and is subject to disposal. The retention period for parcels in the returns warehouse is one calendar year from the date of receipt. The first 30 days of storage are free; after the free storage period ends, by default the parcel continues to be stored in the returns warehouse on a paid basis. Sending a parcel to a new customer is possible not only to the USA, but also to other countries available for checkout.<\/p>

Please be very careful when filling out this form, verify the accuracy of the address, the correctness of the described contents, as well as the value of the contents. Filling the address can also be automatic, from the selected transactions. If you do not have the recipient’s phone number, please enter ten 1s in the corresponding field, otherwise the system will not allow you to finish the checkout. When opening a store, the seller usually describes in as much detail as possible the service provided by his shop, and, among other things, indicates whether he accepts returns of goods from customers.<\/p>\n

In online retail there is a certain percentage of returns for various reasons. This should also be taken into account in your operations. If, for example, a complaint is filed about a product, the product does not fit, or for some other reason the buyer requests a refund, the funds will be debited from the seller’s account.<\/p>\n

Indeed, returns are an additional hassle for the seller. However, on the other hand, the willingness of the seller to accept the product back for a valid reason benefits the store, as it increases customer loyalty toward it.<\/p>\n

In the case of returning parcels sent via FedEx, the carrier charges a fee for the return shipment to the Fulfillment Center. The funds will be debited from your account. Storage of returned parcels at the warehouse for 30 days is free.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step-by-step instruction: seller actions when a return request is made<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Familiarize yourself with the reason for the return<\/strong> \u2013 it must be specified by the buyer (for example: the item does not match the description).<\/p>

– Contact the buyer<\/strong>, to determine the steps for returning or replacing the item. As a reminder, if necessary, Western Bid accepts returns to the company’s address in Miami.<\/p>

– Monitor the timeframes for fulfilling obligations<\/strong>. In case of a return, eBay requires the buyer to return the item within 5 business days from the date of the return request. And the seller must refund the buyer within 6 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item (the funds will be debited from your Western Bid account). If the buyer agrees to a replacement, the seller must ship it within 5 business days from the date of the return request.<\/p>

Return shipping charges are billed to you or the buyer, depending on the return terms you set and the reason for the return.<\/p>

If the buyer returns the item because it does not match the listing description, was delivered damaged or is missing parts, then all shipping costs are paid by the seller.<\/p>

If the buyer returns the item for any other reason, including simply changing their mind to purchase it, the seller has the right to charge any return fee specified in the Return Terms in the listing.<\/p>

How to return a product from the Miami warehouse to Ukraine via NP Shopping<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

From September 2020, returns to Ukraine are sent only via NPShopping (Nova Poshta)<\/strong>. Reminder: the term of free storage of parcels at the Western Bid warehouse in Miami until the moment of submitting a request for return of the goods to Ukraine exceeds 30 days (after the specified term, parcels not processed for return to Ukraine will be stored at the returns warehouse on a paid basis). If the parcel was sold and shipped not by Western Bid \u2013 in this case the return processing will cost $3 per parcel.\u200d<\/p>\n

Payment for the return of the parcel occurs twice: first \u2013 for the label from the warehouse in Miami (or from the buyer) to NP Shopping, and second \u2013 for delivery from NP Shopping to the customer’s address (paid upon receipt). The price of the return label in most cases will be equal to the export value, but there may be exceptions, since each return will be agreed individually.\u200d<\/p>\n

The value of the contents that the client specifies when processing a return with NP Shopping may be reviewed by Ukrainian customs. In such a case, it will be necessary to provide a document confirming the value of the contents or pay the tax according to the Ukrainian customs rules.
Also note that if the declared value of the cargo exceeds the customs threshold (currently for Ukraine this is 150 euros), duties and charges will need to be paid upon arrival.<\/p>\n
