Parcel to the USA
<\/strong>Dimensions:<\/strong>\u00a0length (the longest side) + parcel girth must not exceed 274 cm, where girth = (2 * width) + (2 * height). The length of the longest side must not exceed 120 cm.<\/span><\/p>

Weight:<\/strong> the maximum weight is 68 kg (volumetric or actual).<\/p>

If the actual weight (not volumetric) of the parcel does not exceed 400 g and the volume does not exceed 27,300 cm3, the parcel will be shipped to the USA via Mail Innovation at reduced rates.<\/p>

Parcel to other countries
<\/strong>Dimensions:<\/strong>\u00a0the length of the longest side must not exceed 120 cm, the lengths of the other sides must not exceed 80 cm and 69 cm respectively.<\/span><\/p>

Weight:<\/strong> the maximum weight is 31 kg (volumetric or actual).<\/p>

11\u00d711 cm \u2013 the minimum length and width for small items in a shipment. Smaller shipments must be repackaged into a free branded bag, a bubble-wrap envelope, or a box. Detailed packaging rules can be found here<\/a> and here<\/a>. Please carefully review the rules that depend on the type of product. Attention! The packaging rules provided are for shipments within the territory of Ukraine. They can be applied to international shipments, except for items relating to the shipment of liquids. These rules do not apply to liquids, since liquids are prohibited from shipment.<\/p>

Please note that shipments in round tubes are available from freight offices. Shipping rolled products in triangular and rectangular boxes is possible from any Nova Poshta branch.<\/p>

It is prohibited to use solid wood for packaging international shipments, so shipments requiring crating must be packed in a plywood box on a pallet with special markings or in plastic boxes.<\/p>

Please note that improper packaging may be grounds for denial of compensation for damaged cargo. Nova Global assesses the packaging in which the cargo arrives; if the packaging does not meet the requirements, it will, if possible, be repacked or the sender contacted to resolve the issue. Delivery via Nova Poshta across Europe: Deliveries are made to the following countries: Poland, Republic of Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Romania, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Spain. The recipient is responsible for customs clearance in their country. If an IOSS number is provided, a copy of the marketplace invoice may be required for customs clearance of the parcel in the recipient’s country.<\/p>

When creating a shipment to EU countries (Czechia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Lithuania, Hungary, Germany, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Finland, France, Sweden, Portugal, Greece and Ireland) via Nova Global Economy the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model is used. This means that the cost of delivery already includes:<\/p>
