And <strong>You can stop the shipment only until the moment the shipment receives the status \u201caccepted at the Kyiv warehouse\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u200dThat is, if you sent the shipment by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta to our forwarding center in Kyiv, then we will be able to stop it only at the moment of acceptance into our forwarding center.<\/p><p>\u200dTo stop (i.e., \u201ccatch\u201d, \u201cintercept\u201d) the shipment, before the moment of receipt at the warehouse in Ukraine, <strong>click the \u201cRequest cancellation\u201d button in your account.<\/strong> After that, if the shipment needs to be sent, write to us via the \u201cSupport service\u201d with the information about the shipment.<\/p><p>\u200dThis service is free, and we do not guarantee that the shipment can be intercepted.<\/p><p>\u200d<strong>Note<\/strong>: in the Personal Account there is the possibility of <a href=\"https:\/\/westernbid.com\/articles\/how-to-cancel-a-label\">self-cancellation of labels<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3564e96 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3564e96\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Is it possible to return a UPS Express shipment that is in transit?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f04a0fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f04a0fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>You cannot return a parcel that has already been accepted for delivery by the UPS courier service.
